Providence is an AI platform for chat, voice, and creating images, video, music, books, games, and other content. Features and pricing may change over time.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your region).
Do not use Providence to create or distribute unlawful, harmful, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative content, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to abuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service. We may moderate, remove content, or suspend accounts that violate these terms, and you may appeal enforcement in-app.
You retain rights to content you create, subject to the licenses of the underlying tools. Creations may carry a Providence watermark/branding; removing the branding requires purchasing the applicable rights. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, and display your content to provide the service.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. AI output is frequently wrong. It can invent facts, figures, names, citations, dates, code and scripture references that look correct and are not. You are responsible for checking anything before you rely on it, publish it, or act on it.

Providence is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any third-party platform, and we receive no commission, rake, referral fee, revenue share or other compensation from any of them. This expressly includes prediction and wagering markets such as Kalshi and Polymarket, sportsbooks, casinos, brokerages, and cryptocurrency exchanges.
If you place a bet, trade, wager or investment — whether or not Providence was involved in your thinking — every gain and every loss is entirely yours. We do not take a share of your winnings and we do not cover your losses. You are solely responsible for determining whether such activity is legal where you live, for your own eligibility and age, and for any tax you owe. If gambling is a problem for you, in the US call 1-800-GAMBLER.
We are likewise not responsible for the acts, outages, pricing, data, or failures of any third-party service Providence connects to, including payment processors, app stores, hosting, model providers and integrations you configure yourself.
Providence is an interface. Images, video, music, voice and text are produced by independent third-party model providers operating their own systems under their own terms. We select, route and present their output; we do not build or train those models, and we do not control what they return. Their terms, content policies and usage restrictions apply to material produced through them, and your use of a creation may be subject to them. Where a provider changes, restricts, prices or withdraws a capability, the corresponding Providence feature may change or end with it.
Some features act on your behalf: automations, agents, scheduled tasks, publishing, and features that control your cursor, keyboard or screen. Other features run code you or the AI wrote, in the cloud or on your device. These can take unintended actions, send messages, publish content, delete or overwrite files, incur third-party charges, or fail silently. You enable them at your own risk, you are responsible for supervising them and for everything done under your account, and you should keep your own backups. Do not point them at anything you cannot afford to lose.
Generated output is not guaranteed original, unique, or free of third-party rights, and similar output may be produced for other users. You are responsible for ensuring anything you publish, sell or distribute is lawful and does not infringe copyright, trademark, publicity or privacy rights, and for holding any rights needed for material you upload. Do not upload other people's photographs, likenesses, voices, music or writing without permission. The marketplace is a venue: transactions are between users, and we do not warrant any listing, seller, buyer, or creation offered there.
PROV is a closed-loop in-app credit. It is not money, not a security, not a token, not an investment, and has no cash value. It cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred off the platform, or sold, it earns no interest, and it may be adjusted, expired or discontinued. Buying PROV is a purchase of access to features, not an investment, and it carries no expectation of profit.
We do not guarantee uptime, retention of any creation, or continued availability of any feature, model or plan, and any of them may change or end. Keep your own copies of anything that matters. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's consent and supervision. Faith and family content is offered for all ages, but AI output is not age-verified and a parent should supervise a child's use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Providence AI LLC and its members, officers and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost creations, gambling or trading losses, business interruption, or reputational harm, arising from or relating to your use of the service — even if we were advised such damages were possible. Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you actually paid us in the three months before the claim arose, or (b) fifty US dollars.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Providence AI LLC from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, your publications, your automations, or your violation of these terms or of any law or third-party right.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits, so parts of the above may not apply to you. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
