There is a certain relief in admitting we don't have to figure everything out on our own. Proverbs 3:5-6 invites us to trust the Lord with all our heart, not just the parts we understand. It's an invitation to rest, not to strain, knowing that our limited view was never meant to carry the weight of every decision.
So often we lean hard on our own reasoning, replaying choices and outcomes until we're worn thin. But God asks for something simpler and freer: acknowledge Him in it all, the big decisions and the small ones, the plans that make sense and the ones that don't yet. When we do, He promises to direct our paths, not because we've earned it, but because His care for us runs deeper than our understanding ever could.
Today, whatever you're facing, you don't have to have it all mapped out. You can bring your questions, your hopes, your unfinished plans to Him and trust that He sees what you cannot. That kind of trust doesn't mean life becomes simple, but it does mean you're never navigating it alone. Let today be one more step of leaning into Him instead of yourself.
