Tucked Into the Quiet Room With God

🕊 Let Providence read it to you

Set the phone face-down and let its little green lights go dark. The dishes can wait in the sink, the emails can wait in their folder, and the day's noise can finally lose its grip on your shoulders. There is a small, secret room inside of God, and tonight you get to climb into it and shut the door.

"He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty."
— Psalm 91:1 (KJV)
Tonight's prayer
Father, I close the door on today and step into the quiet place You keep just for me. I don't have to explain myself here — You already know the ache, the joy, the things I forgot to say. Wrap me in the shade of Your wings and let my worries go still, one by one, like footsteps fading down a hall. Thank You for a bed to rest in, breath in my lungs, and a love that never once looked away from me today. I lay it all down grateful, and I close my eyes grateful. Amen.
Blessing for your rest
May your home tonight feel like the inside of God's own shelter — hushed, warm, and utterly safe — and may everyone under your roof sleep like children who know exactly Whose house they're in.

Have Providence read you to sleep
