Keep me the way you promised, not because I've earned quiet, but because I trust you with what I cannot control. Steady my thoughts. Steady my heart. Let sleep come like a soft blanket, not something I have to chase down. Thank you for another day of your patience with me, and for this bed, this dark, this rest that costs me nothing. Amen.
