Tonight's prayer Father, my mind is tired from carrying so many small things. Tonight I set them down and fix my thoughts on You instead. You promised perfect peace to the one whose mind stays on You, so I lean into that promise now, trusting You more than I understand my own worries. Quiet the noise in my head. Steady my breathing. Let my trust be simple, like a child's hand held tight in yours. Thank You for another day of life, for warm blankets, for people who love me, and for rest that comes only from You. I am grateful.
