The Fear You Named Has Left the Room

🕊 Let Providence read it to you

Let the day's noise go quiet now — the traffic, the meeting that ran long, the email you never answered. Whatever tightened your chest this afternoon can loosen tonight. You don't have to carry it into your dreams.

"I sought the LORD, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears."
— Psalm 34:4 (KJV)
Tonight's prayer
Lord, I brought You my worry today, the small ones and the big one I hardly said out loud. You heard me. Something in my shoulders let go the moment I stopped holding it alone. I don't fully understand how You work, but I know fear doesn't get the last word in this house tonight. Thank You for listening before I even finished asking. Thank You for the quiet that followed. Thank You for a bed to sleep in, breath to breathe, and a God who bends down to ordinary people like me. I'm grateful. Goodnight, Lord.
Blessing for your rest
May every fear you carried today stay outside this door, and may you and everyone under your roof sleep like people who have already been answered. Goodnight — rest well, held and unafraid.

Have Providence read you to sleep
