New Strength Waits for You This Morning

🕊 Let Providence read it to you

Coffee's still brewing and the house is quiet. Sit here a moment before the day pulls at your sleeve. Let your shoulders drop; there's no rush in this room.

"But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint."
— Isaiah 40:31 (KJV)
This morning's prayer
Lord, I bring You my tired bones and my scattered thoughts this morning. I've been running on fumes, trying to carry weight that was never mine alone. Teach me to wait on You the way soil waits for rain—still, open, ready. Trade my exhaustion for Your strength today. When the hours press hard, lift me like an eagle catches wind, without struggle, just trust. When I must simply put one foot in front of the other, keep me from fainting. Steady my breath. Steady my heart. I place this whole day, every meeting and errand, into Your capable hands. Amen.

Today, on purpose:
