Good morning, and welcome to Tuesday. The kettle is starting to hiss, the light is just breaking over the fence line, and before the day gets its say, you get yours.

This morning's prayer Lord, before the noise of this day rises, let my first sound be praise. You have been my strong wall when trouble pressed close, my quiet room when the world was loud. So this morning I lift my voice, not because everything is easy, but because You are faithful. Thank You for standing guard while I slept, for holding the door shut against fear, for meeting me here with steady hands. Give me courage to sing even before the answer comes, to trust Your mercy is already ahead of me on this Tuesday. Make my voice a shield for someone else today too. Amen.
