This morning's prayer Lord, before the phone buzzes and the plans crowd in, let me hear your kindness first. Not shouted, just steady — the way light comes without asking. I trust you with this Wednesday, though I cannot see its hours yet. Show me which road to take, which words to leave unsaid, which door to walk through gladly. I lift my whole self to you now — tired parts, hopeful parts, unfinished parts. Meet me here. Teach me your way before the world teaches me its noise. I want this day to start leaning toward you, not away.
